What Happens: You arrive at Islamabad Airport.
Details: Our guides, holding orange signs with your name, will greet you. They'll take you to the hotel, allowing you to relax after your journey
What Happens: You take a flight from Islamabad to Skardu.
Details: Guides pick you up, and you fly to Skardu, where Nanga Parbat might be visible if the sky is clear. You have a free day upon arrival.
What Happens: You explore Skardu.
Details: Visit Kharpocho Fort, enjoy Sadpara Lake, and stroll through Skardu Bazaar. Our team handles necessary paperwork.
What Happens: You take a jeep safari to Daso.
Details: The journey goes through the scenic Shigar valley, alongside the Braldu river. Then, you start walking towards Askole, the last village on the route.
What Happens: You begin trekking to Jhola.
Details: The trail leads through beautiful valleys, and you cross rivers by bridge. The day ends at Jhola, near the Braldu river.
What Happens: Rest day at Paiju Camp.
Details: A break day for acclimatization. The team takes care of preparations while you can explore towards Paiju Peak base camp
What Happens: You trek to Liligo.
Details: The journey involves stunning views and river crossings. You end up camping at Liligo, situated alongside the glacier
What Happens: You trek to Urdukas.
Details: The day involves tough walking with incredible scenery. You'll climb and descend on the glacial moraine, passing Trango Tower and Uli Biaho. The day ends at Khoburtse or the glacier's side where the camp will be set up.
What Happens: You head to Goro II on the Baltoro Glacier.
Details: Trekking through the glacier, you'll pass massive ice formations. The first night on the glacier is spent at Goro II, with dramatic temperature drops and views of Masherbrum and Muztagh Tower.
What Happens: You reach Concordia.
Details: Trekking up the moraine, you'll witness more high snowcapped peaks, culminating in the breathtaking sight of K2. Other peaks like Broad Peak, Mitre Peak, Gasherbrum, and Sia Kangri become visible.
What Happens: A day exploring K2 Base Camp and surroundings.
Details: You trek up the GodwinAusten glacier, passing Broad Peak base camp. Spectacular views of K2 and surrounding peaks unfold. A night is spent at the base camp of K2.
What Happens: You retrace your steps back to Concordia.
Details: After a day at K2 Base Camp, you return to Concordia, allowing for rest and
preparation for the next leg of the journey.
What Happens: You explore Ali Camp.
Details: Taking a slightly different route, you set up base at Ali Camp. Basic skills for crossing Gondogoro La Pass are taught in preparation for the next day.
What Happens: You reach the base for Gondogoro La Pass.
Details: A day is spent at the base, gearing up for the challenging Gondogoro La Pass crossing. Participants are prepared for the ascent the next day.
What Happens: Crossing Gondogoro La Pass.
Details: An early start, roped together, you ascend Gondogoro La Pass. The breathtaking views include all four 8000ers in the Baltoro region: K2, G1, Broad Peak, and G2. Descending requires extra caution, utilizing fixed ropes and crampons.
What Happens: Descending from Gondogoro La to Saicho.
Details: The descent involves rocky terrain, but as you progress, the trail becomes easier. The camp is set up at Khuispang, the junction point of Gondogoro and Trinity Glacier, offering stunning views.
What Happens: Trekking towards Hushe Valley.
Details: The hike is relatively easy as you descend, leaving behind climbing equipment. The rocky terrain transforms into lush green landscapes of the Hushe Valley. Camp is set up at Saicho.
What Happens: A contingency day in Skardu.
Details: This day is kept free for potential delays or unplanned events during the trek. It can also be utilized for sightseeing in Skardu.
What Happens: Flying back to Islamabad.
Details: You take a flight from Skardu to Islamabad. The day allows for relaxation in the hotel, offering amenities not available during the trek.
What Happens: Contingency day or exploration in Islamabad.
Details: Another day for potential delays or leisure in Islamabad. It can be used for sightseeing and exploring the capital city.
What Happens: Departure day from Islamabad.
